Do you offer free shipping?

ShopiSoul is an Indian eCommerce platform offering a wide range of products — from fashion and lifestyle to home essentials, gifts, and more.
We started with custom-printed T-shirts and continue to focus on budget-friendly, expressive clothing, while expanding to include all major product categories in the future.

We currently offer:

Yes,  creating an account allows you to track orders, manage returns, and get personalized offers.

Are your clothing designs original?

Yes! All clothing designs — especially our graphic T-shirts — are created in-house or by independent Indian artists.

Absolutely! Visit our Custom Print Section to upload your design or share your idea. We offer single prints and bulk orders for individuals, teams, or events.

We offer S to 3XL in most T-shirts, with size guides available on every product page. Kids’ sizes and family combos are also available.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept:

  • UPI (Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe)

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Yes. COD orders have a ₹20–₹30 service fee, payable at delivery.

No. As per courier policy, payment must be made before opening the parcel.

Do you offer free shipping?

✅ Yes! We offer free shipping on every product — no minimum order value required.

  • Orders are processed in 1–3 days

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days
    Custom-printed or made-to-order items may take slightly longer.

Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also check your account dashboard for updates.

What is your return policy?

You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Custom-printed items are not returnable unless there’s a printing defect or wrong product received.

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement if not shipped or printed yet. Use your dashboard or contact support.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via UPI or bank transfer. For COD orders, refund is issued to your wallet or bank.

Can I sell my products on ShopiSoul?

Yes! We are actively onboarding fashion sellers, custom merchandise vendors, and product suppliers in other categories like home, gifting, and accessories.
